- Lead inbound receiving across Austin and Buda warehouses (up to 50 inbound loads/day)
- Oversee unloading, receiving, staging, and putaway with safety and inventory focus
- Partner with transportation, planning, and inventory to balance inbound volume with capacity and labor
- Standardize inbound SOPs across locations while allowing site-specific constraints
- Monitor KPIs: overtime, productivity, incident rate, and contract labor cost
- Lead the Returns Sustainability facility, including returns processing and recycling
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution operations experience, including multi-site leadership
- Proven success managing high-volume inbound operations
- Experience leading returns, reverse logistics, or sustainability programs preferred
- Demonstrated ability to standardize processes across multiple facilities
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing managers
- Excellent communication and collaboration to drive continuous improvement
