Associate Director / Director, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end evaluation and execution of strategic transactions.
• Partner with senior leadership on capital allocation and scenario modeling.
• Apply valuation frameworks to inform investments and deal structuring.
• Synthesize analyses for leadership, the Board, and investors.
• Support investor relations and earnings preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, finance, or econ.
• Advanced scientific/clinical degree strongly preferred (PhD/MD/PharmD).
• 2-4 years in management consulting with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience conducting commercial diligence on biotech assets.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation; real options or Monte Carlo preferred.
• Familiarity with IQVIA, Bloomberg, or Capital IQ; clear communicator.
