- Proven track record launching and scaling platform products or new inventory types.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on ranking models and ML signals.
- Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product strategy and shipped capabilities.
- Cross-functional leadership to influence engineering and senior leadership.
