  • Build and operationalize the global GTM model for Publisher Growth Solutions.
  • Establish and manage the PGS cadence with weekly/bi-weekly reviews and exec reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, PMM, Ops, Legal, and Billing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, pacing, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
  • Create scalable GTM frameworks and enablement materials for the PGS portfolio.
  • Operationalize global product launches with Product and PMM for readiness.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in GTM Ops, Revenue Ops, Strategy, or PM.
  • Proven success supporting cross-functional GTM teams in SaaS/ad tech/enterprise B2B.
  • Strong GTM motions and revenue ops in multi-product, global envs.
  • Analytical, hands-on with Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-visibility env.
  • Strong PM, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work across regions and levels.
