🎯 Requirements
- 4-6+ years of operational leadership in fund services.
- Broad exposure to full fund lifecycle: formation, onboarding, cap calls, tax, distributions, IR.
- Experience at PE firm, fund administrator, or public accounting with private funds.
- People management experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to execute under pressure across multiple funds.
- Excellent communication; manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
