- 5+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
- Deep familiarity with ecommerce and lead gen B2C clients
- Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
- Comfortable with reporting and presenting measurement strategies (MTA, MMA, incrementality)
- Performance marketing specialist but familiar with upper funnel and brand marketing
- Strong communication for C-Suite audiences
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable optimizing toward backend metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
