🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing with a focus on B2B performance.
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise B2B.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel and account-based marketing.
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into media insights.
  • Forecasting, budget allocation, and attribution frameworks (MTA/MMM).
  • Comfortable presenting to CMOs, VPs, and revenue leaders.
  • Collaborative leader who fosters cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
