📋 Description

  • Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Mentor CS Managers to scale best practices and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional go-lives and timely deployments.
  • Lead executive-facing reviews and strategic account planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of customer-facing experience in CS, Post-Sales, Solutioning, or TAM.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise and Fortune 500 customers in NA or EU.
  • Strong PKI, security, automation, networking, and enterprise systems knowledge.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders during escalations.
  • Experience owning renewals and driving expansion revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (mandatory).
