  • Own post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy.
  • Identify growth opportunities and guide programs to increase product usage and upsell.
  • Define product adoption behaviors, adoption metrics, and lead product education.
  • Collaborate with Product to align lifecycle strategies with real customer workflows.
  • Set vision for scalable learning programs: webinars, courses, resource hubs.
  • Own advocacy strategy from adoption to referrals; drive reviews, case studies, references.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Proven success owning post-sale metrics such as adoption, retention, expansion or net revenue retention.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation and behavior-driven marketing.
  • Experience building or scaling customer education, onboarding or product adoption programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Analytical and data-driven, focused on measuring impact and driving improvements.
