🎯 Requirements

- 3+ years managing teams, mentoring, and building processes
- Deep expertise in Adobe CJ Analytics with installation/configuration experience
- Built measurement plans, analytics docs, dashboards; led client reviews
- Experience with analytics integrations; knowledge of AEP, RT-CDP, AJO
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; excellent communication
