Shape underwriting approaches for card lines aligned to risk policy.
Drive post-onboarding monitoring and portfolio KPIs.
Support new card launches and ensure operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in credit risk and/or credit operations for card products.
End-to-end credit processes: underwriting, limits, monitoring, loss management.
Strong understanding of card ecosystems, rules and monitoring.
Data-driven with dashboards and SQL/analytics tools.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance and Risk to deliver scalable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; articulate risk trade-offs.
