Own triaging of contract requests in the legal department
Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, CROs, trials, and related documents
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel for contract lifecycle
Facilitate internal contract approvals per delegation of authority
Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, risk, and dispute resolution
Improve contract policies and reduce cycle times

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) licensed to practice in your state
3-5 years drafting, reviewing, negotiating pharma/biotech contracts
Analyze complex contracts; provide concise, actionable feedback
Knowledge of life sciences risks: IP, privacy, drug development, fraud
Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external teams
Travel to HQ 2-4x per month
