- Execute and administer global compensation frameworks in line with Total Rewards strategy.
- Own annual compensation cycle management: calendar, guidelines, ranges, calibration.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to support pay positioning and talent strategy.
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and business leaders to ensure equity and compliance.
- Lead or participate in HR and Total Rewards projects.
- Develop and communicate compensation programs across geographies.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related major; 12+ years global compensation experience.
- Life sciences/pharma or PMG service line experience.
- Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
- Experience with short-term incentive plans and/or sales plans.
- Advanced proficiency in market pricing, survey methods, salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling.
- Data analytics and storytelling; translate data into executive narratives.
