Associate Director Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 3-5 active trials and lead 3-5 project teams.
• Own sponsor relationships and commercial matters within SOWs.
• Bridge operations and commercial functions to ensure trial success.
• Develop SOPs, lead training programs, and resolve complex trial issues.
• Support handover from Business Development to Clinical Operations.
• This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of clinical trials experience; Clinical Ops SME.
• Strong project management, leadership, ownership, and communication.
• Proven portfolio management of multiple complex trials.
• Commercial acumen: scope, timelines, budgets; sponsor relationships.
• Extensive people leadership: line mgmt, performance reviews, development.
• Proactive risk identification; focus on data quality and patient safety.
