  • Provides operational support to Medical Affairs, including timelines and budgets

  • Coordinates Medical Review Committee process for scientific exchange materials
  • Manages contracting with external vendors and tracks progress

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related fields
  • Experience in medical affairs operations preferred
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated planning, organization, and time management with multiple projects
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future
