- Provides operational support to Medical Affairs, including timelines and budgets
- Supports publications operations: tracking, reporting, and submission management
- Plans and executes congress activities
- Plans Advisory Boards with FMV assessments and consultant documentation
- Coordinates Medical Review Committee process for scientific exchange materials
- Manages contracting with external vendors and tracks progress
๐ฏ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related fields
- Experience in medical affairs operations preferred
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated planning, organization, and time management with multiple projects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future
