Interface with study teams, vendors, and sites to ensure DM deliverables are high quality.
Represent DM in study team meetings; facilitate cross-functional DM activities.
Coordinate ongoing data reviews; identify, track, and resolve data issues.
Lead DM timelines and deliverables; communicate metrics to the study team.
Oversee external data reconciliation (IxRS, safety, labs, PROs).
Oversee data transfers and review Data Transfer Plans for studies.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Data Management (lead role) in pharma/biotech.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Mentoring or supervising junior staff.
Experience with CROs and external vendor oversight.
DM Lead experience in all phases of clinical trials.
Experience with EDC and data capture systems.
