Associate Director, Business Systems

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Business Systems engineers and analysts.
• Own a 12-month roadmap for the Business Systems team with input from Finance, Operations, eCommerce, and Retail.
• Define quarterly OKRs and ensure alignment between team goals and company priorities.
• Manage end-to-end health and reliability of enterprise systems (NetSuite, Celigo, Boomi, Shopify, Orderful).
• Document, monitor, and maintain integrations with clear escalation paths.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery with proactive stakeholder communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business systems or related field, with ≥2 years in people management.
• Deep knowledge of ERPs and integration platforms such as Celigo and Boomi.
• Experience owning a team roadmap and translating needs into a plan.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery with PM skills.
• Strong communicator who leads with clarity and informs stakeholders proactively.
• Experience implementing or scaling help desk and ticketing processes (JIRA preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can improve team efficiency.
