Associate Director - Accounting Advisory (Operational Accounting/Controller)

📋 Description

• General Accounting Close Support
• Streamline monthly close processes for clients
• Cash-to-accrual conversions and schedules
• Balance sheet reconciliations: intercompany, inventory, cash, prepaids
• Support accounting compliance, including taxes and 1099s
• Guide cloud-based finance and accounting systems implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years advisory/controllership for commercial or PE-backed firms
• 2+ years hands-on controllership in emerging growth or middle-market PE-backed firms
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred
• ERP experience: NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks, Workiva
• Data analytics: Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to optimize processes
