📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and execution of women's health clinical training for a national sales team.
• Oversee clinical education initiatives including onboarding, product education, and selling skills.
• Direct planning and execution of training at major sales events.
• Lead clinical product education via live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Ensure sales teams communicate complex clinical concepts and value in real-world care.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Product, Marketing, Medical Affairs to align with strategy and evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; medical/biological sciences preferred.
• 5-8+ years in Laboratory Diagnostics or Genetics, incl. clinical education.
• 2-5+ years in leadership or management of trainers or programs.
• Deep clinical understanding of genetic testing and Women’s Health.
• Advanced proficiency with LMS, virtual training tools, and sales enablement platforms.
• Expert-level presentation, facilitation, and executive communication.
