Associate DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes platform infra.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps with GitLab CI, Argo CD, Flux, Helm.
• Secure delivery: container hardening, vulnerability scans, image provenance, secrets hygiene, policy gates.
• Operate cloud, on-prem, and disconnected deployments across AWS, Azure, and data centers.
• Deploy and debug services, Helm charts, service mesh, networking, storage.
• Support observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years hands-on in DevSecOps/DevOps/platform engineering or related role
• Linux, containers, Docker, Kubernetes basics incl pods, deployments, config maps, secrets, ingress
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines; exposure to GitLab CI, Argo CD, Flux, or similar
• IaC exposure: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or Kustomize
• Security best practices: least privilege, vulnerability management, image scanning, secrets handling
• Basic scripting in Go, Python, or Bash
