Associate Delivery Consultant

📋 Description

• Own and manage customer accounts, including recurring and ad hoc requests.
• Analyze customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor project timelines.
• Prepare project specifications.
• Work with vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, driving customer satisfaction.
• Provide consultative support to business partners and/or customers on custom solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years related experience; or advanced degree.
• Must communicate complex order specs (oral & written) and establish project schedules.
• Results-oriented; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience and QA expertise a plus.
• Experience with data management and analytics a plus.
• Ability to sit, speak and operate computer for long periods.
