Associate, Delegated Vendor Management

📋 Description

• Be internal expert on program operations; drive strategic initiatives and cost containment.
• Implement contracting strategies with Market Leaders to support network adequacy and cost management.
• Utilize data analytics to inform negotiation and contracting decisions.
• Mentor junior team members; provide training and foster collaboration.
• Support policies/workflows; meet metrics and SLAs for outreach and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to triage and manage claims, member, and provider issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy and negotiating contracts.
• End-to-end project management experience.
• Bonus: Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of financial analysis on markets or product lines.
• 1+ years organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters.
