Associate, Delegated Vendor Management

📋 Description

• Be internal expert on program operations; drive strategic initiatives and cost containment.
• Implement contracting strategies with Network Director/Senior Manager and Market Leaders.
• Use data/analytics of competitor strategies to inform negotiations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Triage and manage claims, member, and provider issues; collaborate with internal teams.
• Support financial operations, including budget forecasting and projections.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting/operations.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating provider contracts.
• Experience with end-to-end project management.
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience.
• 1+ years experience running financial analyses on markets or product lines, and cross-functional support.
• 1+ years experience navigating and organizing large data sets (claims, provider rosters).
