📋 Description

• Manages student behavior and interventions throughout the school day.
• Guides culture systems to ensure consistent norms and expectations.
• Responds to behavior concerns and coordinates restorative practices.
• Supports meetings with families, students, and staff addressing concerns.
• Maintains visibility and presence in halls, common areas, transitions.
• Documents incidents and tracks follow-up actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6 months of experience working with students in a school/youth environment.
• Strong command of Google Suite programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with students, staff, families, and leadership.
• Ability to remain calm, firm, and empathetic in challenging situations.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and pass pre-employment fingerprinting.
