• Analyze data to support data-driven decisions across teams
• Tell the story with findings for non-technical audiences
• Enhance dashboards; define requirements as user needs evolve
• Identify models/tools to reveal and remove healthcare inefficiencies
• Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with analytics tools and reporting
• 3+ years handling large datasets; extract insights
• 3+ years SQL (CTEs) or Python/R (Pandas)
• 3+ years building dashboards (Looker or BI tools)
• 3+ years advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• 1+ years experience in healthcare/insurance/finance
