📋 Description

• Partner across the org to identify and manage inefficiencies.
• Support business units in scoping, analyzing and monitoring metrics.
• Independently drive scoping and execution of analytical requests with stakeholders to define questions, methods, and results.
• Present prepared analyses internally and externally.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Clinical Analytics.
• Remote position open to Atlanta, GA; potential future hybrid presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years SQL (filters, aggregates, CTEs) or R/Python with Pandas.
• 3+ years with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights.
• Strong communication, presenting analyses to Leadership (Director+).
• 3+ years developing dashboards with Looker or other BI tools.
• 3+ years Google Sheets or Excel, using VLookup and nested IFs.
• 1+ years in healthcare, consulting, finance or insurance.
