🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years SQL (filters, aggregates, CTEs) or proficiency in R/Python (Pandas, loops, stats).
• 3+ years handling large datasets; distill analyses into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present analyses to Leadership (Director+).
• 3+ years building dashboards with Looker or other BI tools.
• 3+ years Google Sheets or Excel; advanced formulas and connected Sheets.
• 1+ year in healthcare, consulting, finance, or insurance.
