- First contact for basic tech support for Fleetio users in UK.
- Provide basic product knowledge and service via phone and email.
- Resolve tier 1 issues and escalate complex problems to teams.
- Help improve support processes, docs, and workflows.
- Work with Support team and report to the Customer Support Manager.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm BST.

- Experience in software customer or technical support.
- Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer-centric mindset and professionalism.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM, and remote tools.
