📋 Description

  • First contact for basic tech support for Fleetio users in UK.
  • Provide basic product knowledge and service via phone and email.
  • Resolve tier 1 issues and escalate complex problems to teams.
  • Help improve support processes, docs, and workflows.
  • Work with Support team and report to the Customer Support Manager.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm BST.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in software customer or technical support.
  • Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-centric mindset and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM, and remote tools.
