📋 Description

  • Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for publisher clients across Japan.
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in Japanese and English.
  • Support publisher onboarding and implementation using defined processes.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
  • JLPT N2 preferred (N3 considered).
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising or publisher monetization concepts.
  • Familiarity with header bidding, OpenRTB, or SSPs.
  • Proficient with Excel and data analysis to spot trends.
  • BI tools or analytics platforms a plus.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk.
  • Willing to learn PubMatic tools and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent.
