  • Strengthen relationships, address challenges, reduce churn.
  • Act as a trusted partner and mini project manager for accounts.

  • 1-3+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of requests
  • Experience in at least one of: startup, payroll, consulting, investment banking, private equity
  • Calm relationship builder who celebrates partnersโ€™ successes
  • Data-savvy with ability to draw insights from data
  • Reliable self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility
