- 1-3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of requests
- Experience in at least one of: startup, payroll, consulting, investment banking, private equity
- Calm relationship builder who celebrates partnersโ successes
- Data-savvy with ability to draw insights from data
- Reliable self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility
