  • 1โ€“3 years in digital advertising, media ops, customer success, or marketing analytics.
  • Proven ability to execute, optimize, and analyze paid media across social and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; manage multiple workstreams across global teams.
  • Growth mindset; curious, proactive, and eager to deepen cross-ecosystem expertise.
  • Available to work CDMX hours to support US-based global accounts.
