🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-3 years in CS/AM/Sales/Renewals; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Has demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Eager to learn technology foundations and become a technical advisor.
