- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or onboarding in e-commerce/ads.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
