  • Experience in Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Consulting, or similar in B2B SaaS.
  • Technical aptitude in DevOps, CI/CD, artifact management, OSS governance/security.
  • Strong customer-facing communication to educate, influence, and lead structured conversations.
  • Comfort prioritizing across a portfolio and executing with discipline.
  • GenAI fluency and habit of using AI tools to improve execution.
  • Familiarity with OSS governance, software supply chain, app security, or DevSecOps.
