🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent in operations, strategy, or program management is a plus.
- 5-8 years experience in operations, program management, business ops, product ops, or systems-driven roles.
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, SaaS, supply chain, or marketplaces.
- Manufacturing/industrial or process engineering exp; workflow design.
- Strong systems thinking; dashboards, automation, scalable processes; Jira/SF/Odoo a plus.
