- Act as primary advocate for customers in injection molding programs.
- Build relationships to ensure seamless experience from tooling kickoff to production.
- Collaborate with ops, quality, tooling, supply chain, and logistics to manage programs end-to-end.
- Ensure tooling readiness, production ramp, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Support multiple customers across injection molding programs via Fictiv's global network.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 nights in office, 2 nights remote.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or Tool Engineering; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in injection molding PM, operations, supply chain, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding: tooling, DFM, manufacturability, ramp.
- Experience with NPI programs, prototype/bridge tooling, and production molding.
- Experience with global manufacturing partners or contract manufacturers; PMP a plus.
- Excellent English communication; translate technical topics to customers; US hours preferred.
