- Act as the primary advocate for customers on IM programs from prototype to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage programs end-to-end.
- Ensure tooling readiness, production execution, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Support multiple customers across IM programs via Fictiv's global network.
- Provide oversight across the full lifecycle of injection molding programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and communication.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Tool Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in injection molding project management, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of tooling development, DFM, and part design for manufacturability.
- Experience with NPI programs, prototype/bridge tooling, and production IM programs.
- Experience with global manufacturing partners; PMP or PM certification a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English; ability to translate technical topics for customers.
