🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA.
4+ years in program/project management, supply chain or customer ops.
Experience supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs.
PMP certification and knowledge of PM/operations preferred.
Strong communication; fluent in written and spoken English; US hours preferred.
Self-starter; results-driven with accountability.
