• Own Crypto Ops processes and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Reconciliation teams.
• Manage projects from ideation to completion with stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls and scale Crypto Ops.
• Coordinate with regulators and auditors as needed.
• Grow as a subject matter expert and mentor others.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in crypto/fintech ops in fast-paced env.
• Strong interest in crypto apps: staking, trading, custody.
• Proficient in SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations.
• Naturally curious with root-cause problem solving.
• Proactive with ownership and action-oriented.
• Collaborative with strong communication skills.
