Associate, Credit Card Growth

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, fraud, and client experience teams.
• Contribute to credit card approval strategies, initial limits, pricing, authorization, and collections.
• Support multiple credit card products and customer segments.
• Drive business impact and growth for Wealthsimple's Canadian credit portfolio.
• Use data-driven methods to inform decisions and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data skills: dashboards, reporting, and data manipulation.
• SQL experience for quantitative analysis.
• Able to tell data-driven stories to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, ownership-minded; able to drive projects.
• 1–2 years in retail lending domain (credit risk, policy, collections).
• Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing; technical: SQL, Python, GitHub; Airflow/AWS Redshift/dbt nice-to-have.
