🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in art or creative direction at agency or fast-paced in-house.
  • Portfolio with integrated campaigns, strong concepts and results.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; AI tools.
  • Solid typography, composition, color, motion and digital design basics.
  • Experience partnering with production teams, directors and editors.
  • Comfort presenting ideas to senior audiences and cross-functional partners.
