🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of art/creative direction in agencies or in-house studios with integrated campaigns.
- Portfolio with integrated campaigns and proven concepts, craft and results.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; AI-driven creativity.
- Strong typography, composition, color and motion in digital design.
- Experience partnering with production teams, directors and content creators.
- Comfortable presenting ideas to senior audiences and partners.
