- Translate abstract brand strategy and insights into concrete creative direction
- Excellent communication; partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, and Creative teams
- Nice to have: growth-focused or direct-response creative experience
- Nice to have: consumer brands with strong narrative and clarity
- Nice to have: mentoring senior creatives or acting as a creative thought partner
