🎯 Requirements

- Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns with strong concepts and results.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfortable with AI-driven creativity.
- Strong craft in visual design or copy across channels.
- Experience mentoring or leading designers and copywriters.
- Comfortable presenting ideas to senior and cross-functional partners.
