π― Requirements
- 2+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements; SaaS is a plus.
- Foundational commercial law concepts; apply playbooks and escalate non-routine matters.
- Organized and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, effective communication with legal and business partners; receptive to feedback.
- Licensed to practice law with a JD and U.S. bar admission.
- Able to work out of our New York office.
