📋 Description

• Primary, hands-on legal matters focus on personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with Legal Team to shape litigation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead all litigation aspects: discovery, motions, witness prep, trial & appeals.
• Manage outside counsel: guidance, staffing, budgeting, and case management.
• Provide guidance to management on litigation matters.
• Maintain effective communication with insurers and other third parties.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years practicing law at leading law firm or in-house.
• J.D. from a top-tier law school; member of a state bar in good standing.
• Preference for in-house experience and advising technology clients; outside counsel preferred.
• Preference for litigating in New York or California courts.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and written/verbal communication.
• Autonomous, team-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments.
