🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in corporate and securities law; focus on M&A; top-tier firm; in-house a plus.
- Law degree from a top-tier law school.
- Active state bar; California preferred; eligible for CA in-house counsel if not licensed.
- Experience negotiating complex buy/sell M&A; cross-border a plus.
- Experience with integration and post-merger strategy a plus.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; executive presence.
