Act as legal partner to internal teams on agreements, compliance, privacy, and security
Provide technical and commercial counsel to identify legal risks and craft solutions
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
Collaborate to manage external counsel when necessary
Build trust and support business stakeholders
Stay apprised of relevant regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

JD degree and current admission
3+ years legal experience (law firm or in-house)
Strong drafting experience
Startup experience preferred
Ability to cover multiple areas of law and learn quickly
Proactively assess and communicate legal risks in a fast-paced environment
