🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar admission (CA preferred).
- 2–5 years legal experience at law firm/in-house; focus on contracts/regulatory matters.
- Experience in cannabis/alcohol/beverage, agriculture, logistics, or other regulated industry a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; translate concepts for non-lawyers.
- High ownership mindset; collaborative, business-enabled approach.
