- Support employment aspects of corporate initiatives (reorgs, M&A).
π― Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of labor & employment experience advising business clients.
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Experience supporting or managing litigation matters.
- In-house experience at a tech company or fast-paced environment is a plus.
