  • Provide day-to-day labor & employment legal advice.
  • Advise on compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
  • Deliver practical legal guidance to senior leaders in People & Talent.
  • Draft/review employment documents (offers, policies, agreements).
  • Partner with People & Talent on investigations and policy interpretation.
  • Support employment aspects of corporate initiatives (reorgs, M&A).

🎯 Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • 3-5 years of labor & employment experience advising business clients.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Experience supporting or managing litigation matters.
  • In-house experience at a tech company or fast-paced environment is a plus.
